SMIPL is a full-stack CCTV system integrator for India's factories, PSUs, government complexes and mission-critical industrial sites. Authorised partner for Honeywell, Bosch, Hanwha, Axis, CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua and Sparsh — combined with networking authorisations from Aruba, Ruckus and Cisco. From site survey to 24×7 operations, every layer is owned and engineered in-house.
A CCTV dealer sells cameras. A system integrator designs, builds and operates working surveillance systems. SMIPL owns the full stack — architecture, supply, civil works, networking, software integration, AI analytics, command rooms, training, and multi-year SLA support. One contract, one accountable engineering partner, one outcome.
Engineering-led site walkthroughs by certified surveillance and networking engineers. Camera placement, lux mapping, network topology, server sizing, storage retention, AI workload planning, redundancy architecture — all documented before a single quote is issued.
Bill of Quantities at manufacturer-list pricing — no grey-market markups. We recommend the right brand for your deployment from our authorised partner stack: Honeywell, Bosch, Hanwha and Axis for enterprise-grade; CP Plus, Hikvision and Dahua for volume deployments; Sparsh for Make-in-India compliance.
Cameras need a network spine. SMIPL is also an authorised partner for Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, HFCL, Tejas Networks, Broadcom and Netgear — meaning structured cabling, managed switches, IP radio, NTP, and wireless backhaul are scoped, supplied and integrated by the same team that owns your CCTV.
ONVIF-compliant Video Management Systems with intrusion, ANPR, PPE, smoke/fire, vehicle counting, crowd detection and tampering analytics. Multi-vendor camera estates federated into a single command view. Up to five concurrent analytics models per camera.
End-to-end Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) builds — video-wall design, operator consoles, ergonomics, escalation matrices, multi-shift rosters and 24×7 manning. Same architecture deployed for Coal India can scale down to factory command rooms.
Three-year, five-year and six-year Service Level Agreements with documented uptime commitments. CAMC includes hardware replacement, software updates, AI model tuning and on-site engineer presence where the deployment justifies it.
SMIPL's surveillance practice spans three buyer types — central and state PSUs, large industrial enterprises, and mission-critical infrastructure operators. Different buyers, same engineering rigour.
Central PSUs, state PSUs and Miniratna / Navratna companies. Tendered procurement through GeM, CPPP and direct nomination. Multi-year SLA and CAMC contracts.

Airports Authority of IndiaSMIPL holds active partner relationships with the eight major CCTV manufacturers operating in India and seven enterprise networking brands. We are integrators, not exclusive resellers — meaning every project gets the right hardware for the right deployment, not whatever vendor we are tied to.
All brand names and logos referenced are the property of their respective owners. SMIPL holds active Authorised Partner relationships in line with each manufacturer's India channel programme. Brand selection per project is governed by the deployment specification, not the channel margin.
Our flagship engagement: the Integrated Command and Control Centre at Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), Nagpur HQ — followed by an independent ICCC for South Eastern Coalfields (SECL) covering the world's 2nd and 3rd largest coal mines. Reviewed by the Hon'ble Coal Minister.
When something fails at 2 AM, a dealer points at the camera vendor, the camera vendor points at the network, the network vendor points at the recording software. SMIPL is the one number you call — and we own the resolution.
Multi-brand authorisations mean we recommend Honeywell where you need it, CP Plus where it makes sense, and Sparsh where Make-in-India compliance matters. Dealers push their one brand. Integrators choose what works.
Civil works, panel fabrication, networking, software integration, AI analytics, command-room buildout, operator training, multi-year operations. The dealer leaves once boxes are delivered. The integrator stays for the life of the system.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certified. MSME recognised, GeM-listed, CERT-In and STQC compliant where required. Documentation, audit trails and process discipline calibrated to PSU and government procurement standards.
Self-funded since 2009. Most of our work still comes from existing-client referrals. That only happens when you deliver — every project, every milestone, every site. The model rewards engineers, not salespeople.
SMIPL's engineering team works directly with procurement, plant engineering and IT leaders. No call centres, no middle layers. Here is how a typical engagement progresses.
Scope, sites, sectors, brand preferences, timelines, budget envelope, compliance requirements. 30–45 minutes with our engineering lead.
Walkthrough by certified engineers. Camera placement, network topology, lux mapping, server sizing, redundancy planning. Free for qualified opportunities.
Itemised BOQ with manufacturer-list pricing. Architecture diagrams. Compliance matrix. Tender-grade documentation if procurement-driven.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning. Phased rollout for large estates. Live testing under operational load before handover.
Operator training, escalation matrices, runbooks. Multi-year CAMC with documented uptime SLAs and on-site presence where the deployment justifies it.
Quarterly performance reviews, AI analytics tuning, capacity planning, technology refresh roadmaps. The relationship is multi-year by design.
A dealer sells hardware. An integrator delivers a working system. SMIPL designs the architecture, configures VMS, integrates AI analytics, installs networking, builds command rooms, trains operators and provides multi-year SLA support. The dealer leaves once boxes are sold; the integrator stays for the operating life of the system.
SMIPL is an authorised partner for Honeywell, Bosch, Hanwha (Wisenet), Axis Communications, CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua and Sparsh. For networking we partner with Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, HFCL, Tejas Networks, Broadcom and Netgear. We choose the right brand based on your specific deployment requirements rather than locking you into a single vendor.
Yes. SMIPL operates 5,000+ cameras across 50+ active sites in 15+ Indian states, from Jammu & Kashmir to Tamil Nadu. We have field engineering teams, R&D facilities and service infrastructure to deploy and support installations across the country.
Yes. SMIPL is a recognised MSME, GeM-listed vendor, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certified. We work directly with central PSUs, state government bodies and defence procurement under standard tender processes including GeM, CPPP and direct nomination.
Both. Our smallest active engagements are around 50–100 cameras at single-site factories. Our largest is the Coal India ICCC at SECL with 832 cameras across 13 mining areas. The same engineering rigour applies — only the scale changes.
Coal mining and PSU heavy industry, hydro and thermal power, defence and border security, aviation and transport infrastructure, government complexes, and industrial manufacturing across automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, FMCG and logistics. Detailed sector references available under NDA.
Pricing is structured as upfront SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) plus annual CAMC. CAMC typically ranges from 8–12% of supply value depending on uptime SLA, on-site presence requirements and analytics complexity. All pricing is itemised and transparent at BOQ stage.
For a single-site mid-size factory deployment (200–500 cameras), 90–120 days from PO to commissioning. For multi-site PSU deployments with command-centre buildout, 6–12 months phased over multiple sites. Aggressive timelines can be delivered with deeper resourcing.
Share your requirements and SMIPL's engineering team will respond with a site-survey plan and preliminary BOQ within 72 hours. All enquiries go directly to leadership — no call centres.
