How fast can you respond to a tender?
For GeM and open tenders, we typically evaluate scope and provide indicative pricing within 72 hours. For large EPC scopes requiring site survey, expect 7–10 working days for a structured response with preliminary BOQ and implementation plan.
Do you take on smaller projects, or only large tenders?
We work with projects of all sizes across our capability set. Our smallest engagements start at a few lakhs for panel fabrication or single-site surveillance. Large ICCC deployments run into tens of crores. Your brief determines whether we're a fit — not the budget alone.
Where do you have active service teams?
SMIPL has active service presence across 15+ states of India. Our core service hubs are in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana and Delhi NCR, with project engineers deployed to site as needed anywhere in India.
Can you provide post-commissioning operations (CAMC)?
Yes. Comprehensive AMC is core to our model — our SECL engagement alone includes 5-year CAMC with 3 dedicated 24×7 on-site operators. Typical CAMC terms run 3–6 years with defined SLAs on response time, uptime and spare availability.
Are you empaneled with major PSUs and GeM?
Yes — SMIPL is a registered vendor on GeM, MSME-recognised with Government of India (O/o Commissioner of Industries, NCT of Delhi), and has executed tenders with Coal India subsidiaries, NHPC, NTPC, SJVN, AAI and other major PSUs. Empanelment references are available on request.
Do you sign NDAs before discussing sensitive projects?
Of course. Our ISO 27001:2013 certification means information security is built into how we operate. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before reviewing sensitive project scopes — including border, defence and critical-infrastructure projects.
