Electrical panels

Every SMIPL panel is fabricated in our own Delhi shop, to drawings signed off by our own engineers, tested at our own FAT bench, and shipped with our own name on the documentation. Single-point accountability from design to dispatch — and every year since 2009.

What We Build

From 63A SMDBs for a single floor to 2000A main LT panels for substation duty — all fabricated, tested and dispatched from our Delhi facility.

LT Panels

Low-Tension Distribution

Main LT distribution panels, sub-distribution panels (SMDBs), lighting panels — up to 2000A, 415V 3-phase, IP42 indoor / IP55 outdoor construction.

HT Panels

High-Tension Switchgear

HT switchgear and VCB panels up to 33 kV. Fabricated in accordance with IS 13118 and IEC 62271. Full type-test certification from CPRI/ERDA accredited labs.

APFC Panels

Auto Power Factor Correction

Microprocessor-controlled APFC panels with contactor-switched capacitor banks, harmonic-rated for modern load profiles. Typical improvement: 0.65 to 0.99 power factor.

MCC Panels

Motor Control Centres

Drawout-type MCCs for process industries. Single-starter or multi-starter configurations with DOL, Star-Delta, VFD and soft-starter feeder options. SCADA-ready with optional Modbus/Profinet I/O.

Design & SLD

Single-line diagram, GA drawing, BOM freeze with OEM part numbers.

Sheet-Metal

CNC-cut enclosures, powder-coated RAL 7032 / 7035, IP-rated gaskets.

Busbar & Wiring

Tinned copper busbar to IS-5578/8084. Colour-coded wiring, ferrule identification.

04

Component Fitment

ABB/Siemens/Schneider breakers, Deep Sea controllers, L&T metering.

05

FAT Testing

HV test 2.5 kV/1-min, IR test, functional test. Client witness optional.

06

Dispatch & SITC

Packaging, shipment, site installation, commissioning, training, handover.
