Smart Monitoring Innovations Pvt. Any quotation, BOQ, design proposal or technical document provided to a prospective client is for the addressed party's evaluation only and remains SMIPL's intellectual property. Quotations are valid for the period specified in the document (typically 30–60 days) and are subject to revision based on site survey findings, scope refinements or component-availability changes.
Project execution is governed by signed Purchase Orders, Letters of Intent, or Master Services Agreements between SMIPL and the client, which take precedence over website content in any inconsistency. Such contracts cover scope, pricing, timelines, payment milestones, warranty, SLA, indemnity and dispute resolution.
Hardware deployed by SMIPL carries the original equipment manufacturer's warranty, transferred to the client. SMIPL provides separate Service Level Agreements for ongoing maintenance and support, with terms specified in the relevant contract. Standard SLA tiers range from 1 to 6 years depending on engagement scope.
